This cute little girl wouldn't give us any clues on what she wanted for her birthday. She kept telling us that she "wanted to be surprised" and "don't tell me what you are getting me cause it has to be a surprise", and "you have to go shopping for my birthday when I am not here." Talk about some pressure! lol Justin and I got the idea to get her a doll house, and we actually went to Toys R Us and had one picked out, and I decided that I wanted to look online. I was really glad that I did because there was a much cuter one online for the same price. The only details that I think the manufacturer forgot was exactly how big this thing is. Justin was building it and I was getting a kick out of it making jokes that maybe the garage and patio weren't included in the square footage. This doll house is HUGE! Needless to say, Zaralyn (and Brylee) LOVE it! {and yes, she was surprised!}
See how tall this thing is!?!
We spent the night of her actual birthday just hanging out as a family.

I wanted to make her a cake and have her help me. She loves doing that type of stuff, so I was very surprised that she didn't want to do that. She wanted to pick out a cake for her birthday. I tried to persuade her otherwise, but decided that if she wanted to pick out a cake for her birthday, she could. The girls love going past the bakery to look at all of the cakes at the grocery store.
